Is it possible to run V19 on a computer running Windows XP?

No, since XP will no longer be supported by Microsoft and no longer receiving security updates, V19 will not run on XP.

Actually, Medisoft v19 does support Windows XP Pro sp3 or higher. We have been installing Medisoft v19 just fine on this operating system. It is true though that Microsoft is discontinuing security updates for Windows XP this April, so you should consider strongly upgrade to computers with a newer operating system.
