Schedule has been cleared

Our schedule for Thursday November 8th morning appointments have all disappeared. They all went out at the same time and we are no longer able to view any scheduled appointments. This happened last week and I need to know if there is a way to recover this information

That is hard to say without looking at your data. Do you have a backup? What version and service pack level of Medisoft do you have?
