Access violation Medisoft v12

When I click on the statements icon I get Access violation at address 0083E31B in module MAPA.EXE Read of address 00000000. Then when I try to close out of statements I get Access violation at address 0083D9A6 in module MAPA.EXE. Read of address 00000360. I can't close it down to do anything else in Medisoft and must exit the program. After exiting and returning to the program, I did file maintenance--purged, rebuilt indices, and packed data. No change. I tried restoring to the last backup (Oct. 26), but had the same problem. If I reload the program and use the latest backup (Oct. 26), will I be restoring the problem again? Will I have to use an older backup and re-enter all data from 10/23-10/28? The problem first showed up on 10/24, so I restored the data from 10/23 and the problem seemed to be fixed. Now it's reared it's ugly head again. Help!

Well, if you are unable to restore a backup from prior to when this problem occurred in your database, then you will need to work with a Medisoft re-seller who can repair your data. We currently charge $300 for a data repair.
