Medisoft v18 SP2 Hotfix 4

An issue was reported with Medisoft where Medisoft Network Professional v18 SP2 will not convert data successfully from previous version of Medisoft if Advantage Database Server v11 is running.

Medisoft v18 SP2 Hotfix 4 will address the following issues:
  • Issue 1: Individual appointments in a series of repeat appointments that were deleted are reappearing in Office Hours after conversion.
    Issue 2: Weekly appointments that skip weeks are not remaining in the week in which they were originally created.
    Issue 3: Medisoft Network Professional v18 SP2 will not convert data successfully from previous version of Medisoft if Advantage Database Server v11 is running.

You only need this hot fix then if you have Medisoft Network Pro and Advantage v11. This usually only applies to those that bought the v19 pre-sale and this is either a new purchase or you upgraded from v16 or older.
