Hi I am on version 15 and for some reason when I go into claims management to pull up a chart to see a claim. Say to print a 20% that needs to be filed. All of a sudden my charts just stop at number 00001467 and I have other charts after that number that should be showing but the are not. Not sure what to do to have these show up. thanks for the help.

I recommend running File Maintenance. Rebuild all indexes and pack all data. Run a backup first.
