I'm currently on medisoft 17 basic. trying to print a report that shows all transactions for one particular patient. I've tried walkout receipt all transaction. But it seems to only print the charges and writeoffs. It does not include payments of primary and seconday insurances. Please help!!!

Yes, that is a limitation of Medisoft Basic - most of the reports are missing. If you move up to Medisoft Advanced you will have far more reports including the Patient Ledger which I think is what you need. Fortunately we are running as sale now Medisoft v18 is 30% off now and you will get v19 for FREE. We are also doing FREE ICD-10 webinars for our customers.
