Office Hours screen resolution problem

Post by FMSEMO » Wed May 15, 2013 1:00 pm

One of my laptops runs Windows 7. I have the schedule in multiprovider view. Although the left side of the screen (the column w/ calendar etc) appears normal size, the schedule itself has gotten progressively smaller until it is absolutely incapable of being read. Its height is about 1 to 1 1/2 inches high, sitting at the top, next to the calendar. Any suggestions about getting it back to normal/readable/usable size?

In Medisoft and maybe Office Hours there is a menu item - Reset Grid Columns and Reset Windows Positions. Try selecting both of those then exit Medisoft/Office Hours and reenter Office Hours to see if that fixes the problem.

Or...
Has someone been banging on Ctrl-O (zoom-out) a bit too much?
Try inputting some zoom-in (Ctrl-I) commands until your eyes are happy.
These commands are also available under the "View" menu.
