Report designer ?

Hi I am using Medisoft v12, and I have a report w/in Report designer, that is a easy report, but how do I weed out duplicates? For instance, it's an insurance report just a report of what pts have a particular insurance, but how do I tell the designer if there are multiples, (Susan has multiple cases w/same ins) to only print one?

You have run into a common roadblock of the built-in Design Custom Reports and Bills within Medisoft. For a more robust report designer, I recommend Medisoft Reports Pro, but this requires Medisoft Advanced v16 or higher. A bunch of reports were added to Advanced 15 so the report you want "might" be there already.
