Reports needed v17 Network Pro

I need to run a report on a weekly basis that shows what claims have been sent and also a report that shows payments posted. Also is there a report that shows which cases have been closed?

There is a claims report you can print with Revenue Management as you process your claims. You can print your payments with the Payment Day Sheet or you can print the Deposit List. The closed cases report would probably have to be a custom report. There is not really a date associated with the closure of a case so it would have to filter by last modified date AND the case closed flag.

Is there an add on package for running advanced reports?

There used to be an add-on package called Advanced Reports, but that was discontinued about 3 years ago. Currently we are offering Reports Pro. The cost is currently $399, but you would still have to write the report using the report designer that comes with Reports Pro. Reports Pro requires Medisoft Advanced v16 or higher.
