New Provider

New Provider
We have added an associate doctor to our practice and I set her up in the provider section in Medisoft. However, now I get some error messages from Relay Health, our clearing house, it says something is missing for the provider. I added all her numbers and such. What else do I need to do to make sure it all goes through? What are the steps?
