BillFlash Addon

Hello,

My BillFlash addon on Medisoft v. 17 is not uploading all the statements from statement management to BillFlash's website. I contacted BillFlash first, and they said it is a Medisoft issue. Any ideas of what could be the culprit?

Is it just certain procedures that aren't going? We have found those that have upgraded from v15 or v16 sometimes has this problem.
