Medisoft v18 / Terminal Services

Installed Medisoft v18 on OS Windows 2008 R2 .... also using Terminal Services for remote users. Remote users are able to access the application and are able to input data .... however, they are UNABLE to excute the Revenue Management program via Terminal Services remotely .... any suggestions?

It should work. Did you run Check for Updates under Start -> All Programs -> Revenue Management? You will get these ugly error messages about Terminal Services. Just make sure everyone is out of Medisoft and you can ignore the error message.
