I've tried several times saving certain fields in the UB04 form and click save as default. I get the "are sure info" and I click yes. When I enter my next patient the saved fields / info is not there. I have things saved as default in my patient and case windows and it has always worked perfectly. Do you have any ideas?
I just tried something different. I always enter using the patient quick entry since it is so much easier than having to save a case then reopen to enter the ub04 info, plus you have to click about 3 times to get the ub04 to open.
I just entered a patient the regular way and the default ub04 info is there. So now my question has changed. Why would if not show up if entered through patient quick entry. Would I need to add those fields to the quick entry form as well, seems odd that I would need to do that if I have if set as a default?
