help getting a error 5138 in medisoft

dont know what happen but getting this error when open medisoft on the server try all other pc still the same issue the server is windows 7 professional just like all the other pc,
the error ocured when i try to post and save the info even new patient info
Medisoft 18.0.2.51

i did a backup from September which is the last backup and it work ok however would hate to loose all the work from september to now still trying to fix it i can new deposit but cannot edit or delete the deposit once created

The times I have seen this error, it required a Medisoft value added reseller to fix it. You should work with your Medisoft dealer to repair your data. If you want to work with us, we presently charge $200 to do a data repair.

ARC32 is what we do most of our work in. Make sure you have a backup before doing anything in ARC32.
