1000A (Submitter) Loop VS 2010AA (Billing Provider) loop

Hi Gavin. I am having trouble sending claims to medicare from my new office locations. I use Medisoft 17. Medicare rejects my batches because of an error which says "Submitter not approved for electronic claim submission on behalf of this entity Billing Provider" My other 3 locations use the same software with same settings and they work fine. i have found the error in the Claim submission RAW Text view and noticed that instead of my Group NPI it Physicians NPI when submitting the claim. I also talked to medicare and confirmed the error. I am trying to fix this but lo luck so far. I need your help.

Are you submitting to the same Medicare intermediary? It sounds like either the submitter ID or billing provider id is in error. Do you have the loop, segment, and field where the error is occurring? Do you have the exact wording of the error message or rejection?
