DEMO NOT FOR RESALE serial numbers

McKesson VARs are entitled to receive DEMO NOT FOR RESALE serial numbers for the products that they sell. These codes allow them to demonstrate the software to clients and potential clients, as well as facilitate their ability to provide technical support to their customers.

Historically, McKesson has issued generic Medisoft DEMO NOT FOR RESALE codes. Each VAR used the same codes. Effective immediately, McKesson will no longer distribute generic Medisoft DEMO NOT FOR RESALE codes.

The resale of these codes or installation on client and third party systems using these codes is expressly prohibited unless express written permission is obtained from McKesson.

Also, McKesson will be disabling the previously issued DEMO NOT FOR RESALE codes. These codes will be disabled effective December 14, 2012. Clients who have installations using previously entered DEMO NOT FOR RESALE codes will become disabled. These clients will be required to register their software with a valid serial number in order to regain access to Medisoft.
