medisoft 16 cannot start

I use medisoft 16 cannot open it with "Exception EADSDbaseError in module FRInit.dll at 000917DF" message.
anyone can help

Did you recently upgrade a database to v16? Maybe the conversion failed and Medisoft is stuck. Try pressing and holding F7 while launching Medisoft. It will prompt for the Medidata root folder. This is usually C:\Medidata on a single-user version of Medisoft. Then you should find your practice in the list. If one of the practices in the list is "bad", then it needs to be fixed and/or removed from the list.

I tried. I find my practice in the list, when i click it it's still show the above message. "Exception..." when i click ok, then the page went away

i upgate v16 for about 2 years

There should also be an error number listed. That should hopefully provide a little more information.
