I've lost the Policy 1 tab in Case entry/edit

I've somehow lost the Policy 1 Tab in the Case entry/edit utility in Medisoft 17. This is the situation for all cases new and old. How do I restore the Tab so that I can enter/see insurance information for the cases? Thank you.

Right-click anywhere in the grey space next to the tabs on the Edit Case window and make sure Policy 1 is checked.
