Problem with Office Hours Pro version 17 and appt columns

Hi,

I have a client with Office Hours Pro version 17 SP2. In one provider who has 3 column in office hours pro, when an appointment is booked in column 1 and then another appointment booked in column 2, the appointment appears in column 1 and "pushes" the original appointment in column 1 to column 2. Even if I cut the incorrect appointment in column 1 and put it in column 3 it still "pushes" the appointment over to the next column.

Oh, can you can help me to fix this? It's really starting to create a problem. It only happens with one provider.

Unfortunately, you can't control what order Office Hours will fill individual columns for the same provider and time slot. I will put in a request for that with McKesson.
