medisoft reports

Post by bel915 » Fri Aug 31, 2012 11:53 am

hi,

one of my docs wants me to create a report (spreadsheet) that lists the following:
pt name, type of insurance, date claim billed, date claim paid.

My question is, is there a report that Medisfot generates that gives this detailed info?

Any info will be helpful.
thanks

Have you tried Primary Insurance Aging? It lists the actual insurance, patient name, claim # (Case), the DOS, CPT code, initial billing date & last billing date all based on date ranges for aging. You can then print to file & save as an Excel spread sheet.

thanks for your reply :)

No, i havent tried that yet. BUT... some of the claims that have to be on the spreadsheet he wants have gotten paid.... so as far i'm concerned..the primary insurance aging only shows the pending claims, is that correct?

It sounds like you need a very specific report. Unless you are good with a report designer, I suggest you work with a Medisoft re-seller who can write this report for you.

If you need our help, we are currently charging $180 for most reports and we require that you be on Medisoft v15 Advanced or higher for our report writing services.

I will definately be giving you a call. The report he requests has to be reported to him every month, and it is so time consuming for us to go back and pull out the daily patient census and input one by one. If theres a way a report can be created that shows ALL the patients that were seen on a particular date, insurance info, billed and/or paid date...it would be perfect!

Thank you!
