Export from Medisoft v12 into new program?

I have a thread in the tech forum about an issue we are having installing medisoft. I dont think we are going to be able to fix it and in the chance we dont can we export all the data into a new program? Honestly we have a new program we just never imported anything because it seems like a huge undertaking and our biller doesnt think it can be exported (the new program is office therapy)

Do you still have Medisoft v12 running on the old computer? If it is Advanced or Network Pro, there is an option to export the data to a .CSV file.

I do have it running on the old Computer. I will try that. If that works you just saved us ALOT of grief.

Go to the Patient List and right-click and select Print Grid. Select the items you want to export and then look for a checkbox that says export to .CSV when you click print. On the other lists, you can do the same thing. This does not work on Medisoft Basic.
