Try sending claims. I believe Revenue Management will prompt you to change your password.

You'll have to log in manually to the payer or clearinghouse's site and change your password. Then you'll need to set the password in Revenue Management by editing the communication record for this receiver.

Gavin,
Thank you very much for your help.
I changed password on my site, and I called clearinghouse to change password on their site. Everything works fine now.

Regards,
M

I received this same error for the first time this morning. I logged into Capario (the clearinhouse) and had a notice that the password had expired, so I changed it to something new. Then I went into the communications part of Revenue Management, changed it to the same thing, exited out of everything, restarted Medisoft, double checked to make sure the password was still the new one and tried to submit the claims, but I am still getting the 123 error.

Any other ideas on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Did you click the Save button on the Configure Communications window within Revenue Management? Revenue Management works a little different from the rest of Medisoft. You have to specifically click save from the list of items in order to save anything. The rest of Medisoft just edits things one at a time.

It was saved. I called Capario technical support and they had to manually change it - they said I couldn't do it, only they could. After they changed it, my claims went right through.

Thanks so much for your help.
