Medisoft 17SP3

I down loaded and installed the Medisoft V17SP3 and have found out that it has issues (sorry I did that). Can I uninstall medisoft v17sp3 and install v17sp2 to avoid the v17sp3 problems. What is your opinion. Thanks

You will also have to restore a backup that was made prior to going to v17 sp3. There is a folder Medidata\ConversionBackups that should contain the automatic backup that was made prior to converting to v17 sp3. If you are not using Office Hours, you should be OK if you select Newest Case for the Case Selection Program Option.
