Why Does Remainder Statement Processing Not Include Everyone

When I did my last patient billing (via Statements prepared for Billflash) a number of patients were left out. I always do Remainder Statements and I thought unpaid items would continue to appear. But, whereas patients received a bill last month, they didn't get one this month even though they still had a balance due on a couple of visits. Any suggestions on how I'm preparing the statements to send off to Billflash? Thanks.

What version of Medisoft?

Some that have converted data from prior versions of Medisoft have this problem.

PS, the Medisoft knowledgebase is coming down very soon, so don't take too long to read it.
