Medisoft 16 - Error 7200

We recently installed Medisoft v.16 and while trying to create a superbill this error message keeps coming up:

qryPinWork: Error 7200: AQE Error: State: State = HY000; NativeError = 5154; {iAnywhere Solutions} {Advantage SQL} {ASA} Error 5154: Execution of the stored procedure failed. Error 7200â€ AQE Error: State = 42000; NativeError = 2223; {iAnywhere Solutions} {Advantage SQL Engine} The cursor is before first row or after last row. Referencing: SPCursor â€“ Location of error in the SQL statement is: 370 (line: 9 column: 43) Error in stored procedure: sp_GETEDIIDProvider

Can anyone help?

Setup at least one facility and enter at least one NPI for "All". You will also want to clean up the practice ids and provider ids after the conversion before printing any claims.
