Dont want zero balance statments to print

We use remainder statements in Statement Management and use BillFLash.

Many patient accounts have credits and in order for the credits to be recognized by the balance , I have to put the criteria of -10000.00 to 10000000.00 otherwise it shows an inaccurate statement

HOWEVER, it is giving me statements with zero balance.

Is there a way to avoid printing those ZERO statements without upsetting the credit to debit balances?

You can do them in two batches. -99999 to -0.01 and then 0.01 to 99999.
