Unapplied question

I'm using v16 and in the deposit list i click on the 2 boxes 1-show all deposits and 1-show unapplied only, to see what unapplied transactions are in the deposit list. I have a couple of insurance payments that are on this list, however, there is a zero amount in the unapplied column. How do I rectify that? As far as I can tell the amount of the check was completely applied so there is no unapplied amount yet it shows on the unapplied report. Any ideas on how to correct it??

Try running Medisoft\Bin\MediUtils.exe. There is an option to re-round all transactions in the database to the nearest penny. See if that fixes your problem.
