Patient Quick Entry Templates

I don’t have access to make Patient Quick Entry Templates or I can’t find it. I choose the icon for patient quick entry and it initiated something. However, I understood that the templates would be under Lists.

Hi Greg, if you are upgrading from Medisoft v12 or earlier to version 14, you may find that the Patient Entry Template is missing from the Lists menu. To correct this problem, click the drop down arrow to the far right of the menu labeled More Buttons. Click Add or Remove Buttons -> Reset Toolbar. After you do this, the Patient Entry Template should appear on your menu.
On a side note, I found if you install Medisoft v14 on a machine that has not had Medisoft installed on it, then this is not an issue.
