I have had to Move my medisoft to a new server and the transfer went ok no errors. I can send Out claims in the Revenue manager just fine, But when I download a 835 file I lost what folder I should be downloading these files into. the revenue manager reports window is not showing the files that were downloaded.

Thank you
Roger

Normally you would download these into <server name>\Medidata\RmData\<practice folder name>\Download

Or, you can setup a common download folder in Revenue Management -> Configure -> Preferences -> Revenue Management tab -> Report Settings tab.

Thank you Gavin it is auto filling the reports screen now, but i have a new issue, i have 2 practices and when i put the files in the download folders it automatically puts the files in both practices. Say if i put a report in download folder A for comapny A, It puts the Same file file in Company A and Company B

Any Ideas?

In the same place where you setup the Common Report Folder, there is a Claim Prefix field. Enter a unique value for each practice. This will be pre-pended to the claim # on all outgoing claims and when the reports for those claims come back, Revenue Management will know which practice the report goes to and send it to the matching practice.

Thank you Gavin for the response, But I am not sure where you are talking about in the common report folder, I don not show a common report folder.
