SFTP Password Location/Compatibility?

Recently Trizetto required all clients to obtain an SFTP password.

Since then, we have not been able to submit claims to Trizetto because of an upload error.

We are currently using Medisoft version 20 and Simple 837 to submit claims to Gateway EDI.

Trizetto tells us that we have to put the SFTP password into Medisoft (?) so that it matches with what they have registered.
We are not sure "where" we are supposed to put this password in Medisoft and/or Simple 837 to make the claims compatible.

It has been two weeks since we have been able to successfully submit claims to Trizetto/Gateway EDI. We are a small office and this is going to have a disastrous affect on our cash flow in the near future.

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The information Trizetto gave you was erroneous because it only applies if you have Medisoft v22 or higher and only if you are using the SFTP method to transfer claims. If you are using Trizetto File Manager to transfer claims you don't need to do this either. If you transfer your Trizetto support over to us, then we can get you fixed up for FREE and it doesn't cost anything to transfer your support.
