Transferring Medisoft V20 w/ Vigor Interface onto new computer system

Hello! We just purchased new computer systems with Windows 10, and transferred Medisoft V20 w/ Vigor Interface onto our new server and now the billing information is just sitting in an outbound file and not flowing in to Medisoft. Is there something we forgot to do with the interface?

The interface software will need to be configured and setup for the new server or data host. We can help with that with the purchase of 2 months of support. Take care.
