Vigor Interface questions

Hello. I've recently had our medisoft rep install and configure the Vigor Billing Interface to connect medisoft with our new EHR. I had a couple questions about the configuration of it:

1) The "Emergency Contact" field doesn't seem to come over. I've noticed that it isn't contained within the PID segment of the HL7 messages but would instead be a part of an NK1 segment. Is there any plan to include support for that segment in the future?

2) The patient's email address doesn't seem to be passed in the HL7 message. I see in the PID segment there's a field PID.13.4 under "home phone" for a home e-mail address. Should this be supported by the interface or is this an issue with our configuration?

We do have an option to send emergency phone.

Thanks, it must be an issue with our configuration then. I just added an emergency contact and phone number to a test patient and parsed the resulting HL7 message but neither showed up. I'll bug our rep to fix that. I'm assuming passing the e-mail address should be supported as well?
