Assigning Insurance to Case AFTER Charges are Entered

I just received an insurance card for a patient I thought was self-pay. How do I add the insurance to the case and submit medical bills to the patient's carrier [electronically] ?

After you change the case, click Update All in Transaction Entry. Also, certain other changes to the case such as checking Cash Case and clicking Cross Over on Policy 2 require you to click Update All.
