Assign Provider at Time of Service

I'm new to your forum/service - but have been billing on Medisoft for years. We recently upgraded to revenue management and I still have a few lingering questions.
Is there any way to assign the provider at the time of service rather than assigning the provider to the CASE? Our physical therapy patient's are seen 2-3 times a week...and don't always see the same therapist at every visit. Currently we bill under the Director's name and use a modifier to indicate the patient was seen by another therapist...but we're in the process of individually credentialling our new therapists and want to know how to enter their charges. Hi Aimee! What you do is select the provider on the individual transaction line. Then when you create claims in Claims Management, select the Radio Button that says Attending instead of Assigned.
