unapplied payment

Hi,

I have unapplied payments showing up on the Patient Aging Report in Medisoft Advanced V14 SP1.

I know they have been processed thru the deposit window and show they are applied there but not on the report.

Any suggestions on how to clear up the Patient Aging Report.

Hi, you will have to apply the transactions through Transaction Entry.

I have the same issue. I applied them through the patient ledger but they are still showing up as unapplied. Could it be because paments have not been applied through enter deposits and payments? I have version 12
