transaction note

Hi Gavin,
I have two patients that deceased before we could dispense their diabetic shoes. It's my understanding that I can submit with a note describing the situation. How do I get a transaction note on the electronic claim explaining the non-dispensement?

There are many ways to get a note on the claim, so you probably need to get more information about where they want the note to appear and what does it need to say. One way is to Click the EDI Notes button and do a New Line Note.
