Good Afternoon,

I am looking for reports that can break down by facility and cpt code with reimbursement from all insurance, primary, secondary and patient payments. Can you help me with that?

Hi Dawn, we can write most reports for $400. You'll need to send us a mock up of what you want on the report. You might take a printout of the existing Facility report if that is close enough to what you want and write in whatever you want on it then private message me the details. Be sure to include selection criteria, sort order, groupings, and any totals that you want.
