carrier requiring box 32 and 32a blank

For electronic claims, what do I need to do to make the electronic claims have box 32 and 32a blank (for loop)? I have a carrier that requires it be blank. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Make sure Facility is blank on the Case and Charge Transaction. You my have to add Facility to the Charge Grid.
