carrier requiring box 32 and 32a blank

For electronic claims, what do I need to do to make the electronic claims have box 32 and 32a blank (for loop)? I have a carrier that requires it be blank. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. :D

Make sure Facility is blank on the Case and Charge Transaction. You my have to add Facility to the Charge Grid.
