medisoft error message

Hi,

We still use Medisoft V 17 and recently we received an error message "This patient / Case combination does not exist. " We are unable to close or do anything on the patients account after this error. Please help.

Jason, that sounds like data corruption. You'll need to either revert to a backup or repair the data.
