Unfortunately we don't have anything like that in Medisoft. Do you have a list of all modalities and their corresponding city and/or zip code?

No , I don't know how I would do that? is there a report? My provider wants to know how many people are getting MRI's CT scans from wendover utah

No , we don't have anything like that Dawn. The closest we have is a patient list by zip code. If you can spec it out for us, we can write most reports for $400. Will the report be grouped by Procedure Code then Zip code or by Zip code then Procedure Code? Will that be the Zip+4 or just the 5 digit zip code?
