Patient Remainder Statement

I am using Statement Management for patient statements and using the "remainder" type. However, I have statements printing for patients that insurance has not processed yet. Am I missing a step??

Hi, make sure Delay Secondary Billing is checked on your insurance record and then click Update All in Transaction entry. That should take care of it.
