PO BOXES

Hello,

So if a doctors office has a PO box for a mailing address where would that go in medisoft to go on the claims? Because I have tried several places but most clearing houses say you can't have a PO box.

Hi Dawn, that goes in the Pay To tab of the practice information. There is also a pay to tab for patients statements that it should go into.
