Claim Sent Message/how to set up

Hi
I'm trying to find out how I can get the comment code Claim Sent on a new account. For example, after a claim is sent, I like to see it under the patient's account under payments/adjustments and comments.

Claim Sent is set up as a procedure code that is a comment.

Hi Ali, that is setup in File -> Program Options -> Billing tab -> Billing Notes frame -> check the Create Claim Billing Notes box and select the comment procedure you setup. You can also do the same thing for Statement Billing Notes here if you want.
