Revenue Management EDI Receiver Missing

Hi,

We have configured EDI Receiver in revenue management and was using it from may be more than a year. Suddenly my Receiver is missing from Check Claims or Send Claims menu option though it still exist in Receivers in Both Medisoft and Revenue Management.

How can I fix this to see the receiver name in Check Claims and/or Send Claims?

You have to have some claims ready to process in the Process Claims window. Did you do a Check for Updates?

We have updated the software to the latest (did a check for updates) and we do have claims to be sent out in Ready to Send state. However we still do not see our receiver in the menu items of Check Claims or Send Claims in revenue management.

Sounds like you'll need to have your Medisoft reseller go in and set this up in Revenue Management again. We do some clearinghouses for FREE if you transfer your support under us. What clearinghouse do you use?
