Yes you can send patients appointment reminders. Its called AutoRemind. You can sign up for a FREE trial here: http://www.autoremind.us/trial?=medtech&
The price is going to be $99/month plus the price of calls and texts (emails are included).
You can setup your own reminder campaign, or use the default.
