Medicaid claims

I am getting this rejection on my secondary Medicaid claims:
Special Program Indicator is invalid. 2300.CLM*12
How do I fix this problem?

In Medisoft go to the patient's Case -> Medicaid and Tricare tab and make sure you have a proper value in Special Program Code and Special Program fields. If you aren't billing under a special program, then leave these fields blank.

I'm still having the same issue with the rejection message Special Program indicator is invalid.2300.CLM*12 with my Medicaid. I have never been able to send secondary claims through Trizetto. We don't have any special programs code. I don't know what else to do. Medicaid can't tell me anything and Trizetto hasn't been able to fix it. Do you have any other advice? Thanks so much for your help.

What kind of claims are you billing? Maybe you need to enroll for a special program with Medicaid in order to bill these claims electronically.
