I keep getting this error when I try and send claims. I have always sent out these claims as a text file from medisoft and setup specific mapping for the laboratories I bill for so it has never been an issue for me before.

Referring CLIA Facility Identification in Claim #2827
Procedure:84134 on 03/21/2018 Source=ReferringProvider info,
CLIANumber field. ANSI Ref=2400_REF_REF02

On your Facility record, go to the Facility IDs tab and edit the record that matches the insurance you are trying to bill. If you don't have a record, create an "ALL" record. Fill out the facility NPI # and CLIA # and check the box Send Facility on Claim.

That is how I have it set and I get the same error.
I dont understand why the source is the referring provider info, clia number field. Only because this is laboratory billing unless the system is referring the the main lab being the referring provider for the reference lab.

We probably need to get the billing regs for the particular payer you are trying to bill, but it sounds like you will need a custom iGuide setup for this, base on what you have shared so far.
