Revenue Management

Install Medisoft on a new computer. When I opened Revenue management deposits that I had not posted are not showing on the new computer.
Can you tell me how to get RM to update showing the deposits I had waiting to be posted? I ran RM update before opening.

If you have Medisoft Basic or Advanced, you can just copy the RMData folder from the old computer to the new one in the same drive letter and folder path. Network Pro is a little more involved.

I did that, but the deposits waiting to be applied are not showing. I will re-add them. Just extra work hoping to avoid. Thanks for the help!

Do you have any common folders setup in Revenue Management? You'll need to copy those folders from the old computer to the new one.
