Does anybody have a suggestion on how best to configure a list for a collection agency that wants patient demographics and also SSM with a report of who much each patient owes in summary form. Years ago Fred Krebs on another firm made and sent out a report as a " Christmas gift" I think, but I can't seem to find it.

I've got a collection of collection reports that we have written over the years. They are yours "as-is" for $100. A little over a dozen of them. At least one of them is designed to create a .CSV file that can be opened with Excel.
